Precision Bridge was founded in 2015 by Mark Herring and Tom Kerman, bringing together their extensive expertise in the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry. With Mark's 30 years of experience and involvement in numerous Service Management implementations across various vendor platforms, we have established ourselves as experts in the field.

Over the past decade we've built deep expertise in data migration and management across enterprise applications spanning Service Management, GRC, CRM, and Customer Service, on platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Helix, and Jira Service Management. That work has produced a robust, proven platform that large organizations and global integrators, including Capgemini, CGI, DXC, and IBM, trust with their most complex migration projects.

Our mission is crystal clear: we are committed to making the process of moving Service Management data simple and fast for all organizations. With our dedicated team and expertise in the field, we have successfully completed over 150 projects, migrating an impressive volume of over 100 terabytes of data. By leveraging our efficient data migration solutions, organizations have saved an incredible 100,000 hours collectively.
