Welcome to your October update from Precision Bridge. This month brings new product capabilities, two customer stories, a look at a new privacy tool from Google, and details on our upcoming webinar.
Precision Bridge Supports ServiceNow Flow Migration
“Can you migrate our flows?” It’s a question we hear often from organizations planning a ServiceNow migration, and we’re pleased to say the answer is now yes.
Precision Bridge can now migrate ServiceNow flows built in Flow Designer, which is part of Workflow Studio. This covers both the flow definitions and the live flow contexts on in-progress records. Open requests and approvals that are partway through a flow at cutover carry on in the target instance, with no manual rebuilding and no restarting.
Whether you’re migrating to a greenfield instance, consolidating instances, or moving from a shared to a dedicated instance, flow migration has long been one of the trickiest parts of a ServiceNow transformation. Now that Precision Bridge supports it, your records and the automation that acts on them move together in a single migration.

Spot the Difference: How to Compare Your ServiceNow Instances Side by Side
Keeping track of what’s different between ServiceNow instances usually means logging into each one and comparing tables by hand. With Precision Bridge v10.4, a single pbSQL query can compare two or more instances at once. For example you can compare differences in plug-in versions, update sets and customisations applied to each platform.
It’s useful for keeping dev, test, and production aligned, checking source and target before and after a migration, and planning instance consolidations.

Leading US Media Company Migrates 3 Million Records in 90 Minutes
We're excited to share a new milestone for the Precision Bridge AI-Powered Data Migration and Management Platform. An enterprise organization is currently migrating more than 100 million records from a wide range of ServiceNow tables into AWS S3, with all data written in a structure that follows the ServiceNow Table API format.
To meet this requirement, a custom target adapter was built on Precision Bridge's new Artifacts capability, writing data to files that mirror the ServiceNow Table API format. Run Script steps within the migration procedure connected directly to AWS S3 and wrote the data in batches, sustaining high throughput across the full dataset.
The early results have been outstanding. In a single migration run, 3 million records were moved to AWS S3 in just 1.5 hours, which is more than 33,000 records per minute. This achievement shows the speed and flexibility of the Precision Bridge AI-Powered Data Migration and Management Platform, which supports new target platforms and custom output formats within its existing procedure framework.
The migration is ongoing, and we look forward to sharing the full story on completion.

Plat4mation Chooses Precision Bridge for Jira Data Center to ServiceNow Migration
Plat4mation, a ServiceNow Elite partner, recently selected the AI-powered Precision Bridge Data Migration and Management platform to migrate a customer's data from Jira Data Center to ServiceNow, covering incidents, problems and changes, with Service Request likely to be included as well.
It's not a simple lift-and-shift. Every ticket needs its full history intact — approvals, SLAs, the works — plus a clear picture of how assets connect to the tickets that touch them.
That's where Precision Bridge comes in, utilising AI for advanced mappings, pre-built migration templates and automating the heavy lifting so nothing gets lost and nothing breaks along the way. Leveraging Precision Bridge enables Plat4mation to take on ambitious migrations like this with confidence.
"We're proud to have been chosen by Plat4mation for this migration. It's a great example of what our platform does best, and we look forward to building on this success with our partners and customers." — James Warriner, CEO, Precision Bridge.

Tech Talk: Google's New Tool Makes Privacy and AI Play Nice
Imagine running a fraud check on a credit card or scanning network traffic for threats without ever seeing the data involved. Google's new open source tool, HEIR, makes this possible by letting AI models work with data that stays encrypted the whole time.
Until now, this kind of work required a dedicated team of cryptographers. HEIR aims to make it accessible to non-experts, which could be a game changer for industries like healthcare and finance, where strict data rules often limit what AI can do. Privacy and capability may no longer have to be a trade-off.
