PB Newsletter: September 2026
Welcome to your September update from Precision Bridge. This month, we share the results of our latest customer surveys, and CEO James Warriner explains why we're becoming an AI company. You'll also find a DXC Technology success story, the new features in Precision Bridge v10.4, including full Salesforce support, a look at the rise of AI web traffic, and details on our upcoming webinar.
Precision Bridge Customers Have Their Say
Precision Bridge recently asked customers for their honest feedback across two rounds of surveys, and the results are outstanding.
90% of respondents in our latest survey rated Precision Bridge "Essential" or "Very Useful" to their organization, and nearly a third called it essential outright.
9/10 is the average likelihood-to-recommend score, up from 8.5 earlier in the year. 60% of respondents gave a 9 or 10.
4.75/5 is the average support satisfaction score. Every customer who reached out to us rated our team's technical knowledge as good or excellent. When asked what would have made the experience even better, one customer summed it up in four words: "Nothing, it was perfect."

How DXC Archived Over 1 Million ServiceNow Records with Zero Data Left Behind
DXC Technology completed a large-scale ServiceNow data archiving project, together with Precision Bridge, the Data Migration and Management Platform, ahead of decommissioning an existing ServiceNow instance.
DXC successfully archived over 1 million records, including Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge data with associated comments and attachments, from their live ServiceNow instance, with the project completed in under a month.
"Even with over a million records of data, Precision Bridge and the Data Migration and Management Platform gave us a fast, reliable path through some genuinely complex attachment requirements. The responsiveness we experienced throughout meant we could keep moving without delay. It's a great foundation for working together going forward." — Naj Rahman, Project Manager, DXC Technology.

Precision Bridge is Now Powered By AI
The latest AI-Powered release of Precision Bridge is here, and it's packed with new ways to work faster and connect further - from a smarter dashboard to full Salesforce support.
Here's what's new:
The AI Assistant is on the dashboard - start a conversation from the home page and carry it into the full Assistant, which can help make connections, query connections, and start a project from our existing migration templates.
Ask questions across multiple systems - a pbSQL query can now join tables from different connections, so you can compare source and target ServiceNow instances, or check a live system against a spreadsheet, without exporting anything first.
Salesforce is fully supported - the Salesforce adaptor now reads, writes and moves data and attachments.
Handle duplicate target records - a new migration option lets you choose what happens when more than one target record is identified: error, update the first match, or skip.
Debug detail in migration reports - see exactly what happened to every field mapping, including the ones that never ran, and drill into errors and warnings generated during execution.

Tech Talk: The Web's Busiest Visitors Are No Longer Human
For the first time in the history of the web, automated traffic has overtaken human traffic. According to Cloudflare, whose infrastructure powers a significant share of the internet, automated bot requests now account for roughly 57 percent of traffic to ordinary webpages, compared with about 43 percent generated by humans. Cloudflare co-founder and CEO Matthew Prince called it a milestone that arrived well ahead of schedule, noting that he had originally expected the crossover to happen in 2027.
The shift is being driven almost entirely by the rapid rise of AI agents, autonomous systems that browse, retrieve, and process web content on behalf of a person. It is worth noting that these agents are, in nearly every case, carrying out tasks that a human has initiated. Where a human might browse five websites before making a purchase, an AI agent working on that same task might browse five thousand, gathering and comparing information at a speed and scale no person could match on their own. In that sense, this is less a story about machines replacing people online, and more a story about people delegating the busywork of browsing to a tireless digital assistant.
